Defective Products: We will accept returns on website purchases within 60 days after delivery arrival. All defective products can be returned for refund or replacement. We will deduct shipping cost (from factories to customers country) if you choose free shippment way. The customer is liable to confirm with Your Charms service team for an advisable shipping method.
Non-defective Products: Products that are not defective can be returned for replacement or refund in 60 days, even if just for the product is unsatisfactory for the application.
